1. Data controller

Creative House EOOD (trading as Pixelmill), Ruse, Bulgaria. EIK: 205101432. Contact: hello@pixelmill.dev

2. Data we collect

The data we collect depends on whether you grant consent for analytics cookies.

When you accept analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) collects anonymized usage data: pages visited, time on page, approximate geographic region (country/city level, derived from IP address which is not stored), device type, browser, screen resolution, traffic source (how you found us), and interactions with buttons and links on the site. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. Google processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. No advertising profiles are created from this data.

When you reject cookies or before making a choice

No analytics data is collected. No cookies are set. No data is sent to Google or any third party. The site functions identically, the only difference is that we cannot see that you visited.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site uses cookies only after you explicitly grant consent via the cookie banner. Before consent, no cookies are set.

No third-party advertising cookies, social media cookies, or tracking pixels are used on this site. If Meta Pixel or other marketing tags are added in the future, this policy will be updated before activation.

4. How consent works

When you first visit the site, a banner appears at the bottom of the page asking for your cookie preference. Until you make a choice, all analytics are blocked, Google Tag Manager loads but no tracking tags fire. If you click Accept, analytics cookies are set and usage data begins flowing to Google Analytics. If you click Reject, nothing changes, no cookies are set, and no data is collected. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.

5. Purpose of data processing

Analytics data is used to understand how visitors interact with the site: which pages are visited, which contact methods are preferred, and where visitors come from. This helps us improve the site's content, structure, and user experience. Contact information you provide voluntarily (via email, phone, or WhatsApp) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

6. Legal basis

Analytics data processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie consent banner. You may withdraw consent at any time. Processing of contact data you provide voluntarily is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Third-party processors

Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) — processes anonymized analytics data on our behalf under Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. Vercel Inc. — hosts the website and processes server access logs (IP addresses in access logs, retained per Vercel's data processing agreement). Resend Inc. — delivers contact form emails on sites that use contact forms. No data is sold to or shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.

8. Data retention

Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and deleted upon request.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data and receive a copy of it, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (right to be forgotten), restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@pixelmill.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our data practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) of Bulgaria at cpdp.bg.

12. Contact
